Mr Anoop Singh

Mr Anoop Singh is a partner and heads the litigation department. He has been in active practice for more than twenty nine 29 years. Mr Anoop Singh has appeared before the Labour Courts, Industrial Courts, Magistrates Courts, Sessions Courts, High Courts, Court of Appeal and also the Federal Court. Mr Anoop Singh is also an accredited Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre. Mr Anoop Singh is also conversant in conveyancing and corporate matters, and in the course of his practice has dealt with sale and purchase and loan transactions, and the general drafting of conveyancing documents.

Ms See Swee Sie

Ms See Swee Sie is a partner and heads the conveyancing department. She has been in active practice for a period exceeding twenty nine (29) years. Her areas of practice encompass and include:-
i) Syndicated loans and related documentation;
ii) Banking litigation, primarily foreclosure, hire-purchase, leasing and credit matters;
iii) sale and purchase transactions and all matters incidental thereto;
iv) loan transactions and all matters incidental thereto;
v) joint-ventures, and mergers and acquisitions;
vi) probate and administration matters; and
vii) tenancy matters.

Ms. See is an accredited Mediator and Family Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre. Ms. See is also:-
1) an accredited Adjudicator with Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
2) a registered Sports Arbitrator with the AIAC; and
3) the Vice President of the Federation of Women Lawyers, Northern Region (FIDA).

Ms Khoo Gaik Cheng

Ms Khoo Gaik Cheng has been in practice for a period of twenty eight (28) years. She joined our firm on the 1st October 2007. Ms Khoo is very conversant and experienced in conveyancing matters, including but not limited to the conduct of Sale and Purchase Agreements, consumer loans, commercial loans, tenancies, wills and estate matters. Ms Khoo is an accredited Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre.

Mr Venodjit Singh

Mr Venodjit Singh has been in legal practice for a period of 8 years and handles mostly litigation and conveyancing matters. Mr Venodjit Singh has appeared before the Industrial Courts, Magistrates Courts, Sessions Courts, High Courts, Court of Appeal and also the Federal Court. Mr Venodjit Singh is also an accredited Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre.
