Anoop Singh

Mr Anoop Singh is a partner and heads the litigation department. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 15th January 1993 and has been in active practice since then.

Mr. Anoop Singh has appeared before all courts.

Mr. Anoop Singh is an accredited Mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre.

Mr. Anoop Singh is conversant in conveyancing and corporate matters.

See Swee Sie

Ms See Swee Sie is a partner and heads the conveyancing department. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 9th October 1992 and has been in active practice since then. Her areas of practice encompass:-

i) Sale and purchase transactions and matters related thereto;

ii) Loan transactions and all matters incidental thereto;

iii) Wills, Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration and execution and administration of Estates;

iv) Mediation, Construction Adjudication and Sports Arbitration; and

v) Tenancies, Leases and related;

vi) Corporate matters.
Ms. See is an accredited Mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre. She is an accredited Adjudicator and Sports Arbitrator with Asian International Arbitration Centre . She is also the Vice President of the Federation of Women Lawyers, Northern Region (FIDA).

Khoo Gaik Cheng

Ms. Khoo Gaik Cheng He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 2nd December 1994 and has been in active practice since then. She joined our firm on the 1st October 2007.

Ms. Khoo is very experienced in conveyancing matters, including but not limited to the conduct of Sale and Purchase Agreements, consumer loans, commercial loans, tenancies, wills and estate matters.

Ms Khoo is an accredited Mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre.

Venodjit Singh

Mr. Venodjit Singh was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 23rd August 2013 and has been in active practice since then. and handles litigation matters.

Mr. Venodjit Singh has appeared before the Industrial Courts, Magistrates Courts, Sessions Courts, High Courts, Court of Appeal and also the Federal Court.

Mr. Venodjit Singh is also an accredited Mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre.

Manresh Singh

Mr Manresh Singh completed his pupillage under Mr. Anoop Singh and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 10th November 2023. Mr. Manresh Singh graduated with Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Multimedia University, Melaka in 2022.

Manresh Singh was trained in, assists in conveyancing matters such as:

a) Wills;
b) Probates;
c) Letters of Administration;
d) Tenancy Agreements; and
e) Sale and Purchase Agreements.

Anastasia Tan Pei Pei

Ms. Anastasia Tan Pei Pei was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 21st October 1995. She handles litigation, conveyancing and corporate matters. Prior to joining Messrs. Anoop & See, Ms. Tan held senior management positions in a Malaysian rubber export company. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration.
